Return Policy

A satisfied customer is our number one priority. We strive to ensure that the quality of our products is excellent, but in case you ordered an item that does not meet your expectations, please review the Return Policy below. Although every effort is made to ensure that the product you order is as it appears on your monitor, due to the availability of raw materials and the handmade nature of many of our items, variations in color, pattern, slight variations in sizes, etc. may occur and are therefore not a reason for an item to be refundable.

Returns for refund of non-defective, non-broken items must be within 10 days of shipment. You must contact us via the contact form to obtain a RA (return Authorization) number. Please include the following in your e-mail: your name and address, invoice number if applicable, which item/items you wish to return (include item number, name and price), the specific problem you have encountered, whether you wish to replace the item or desire a refund.

If you want a different item, please give the item number, name of item, color choice if any, the price, your name, and the address to which it should be sent. All items must be returned in the original packaging and in original purchase condition. Please include the receipt/invoice/packing slip (make a copy for your records) and the RA number in your return package. After approval, you may return the item to the address provided to you in the e-mail reply. If you have not received a response to your e-mail within 24 hours, please e-mail us again."

You are responsible for paying all shipping charges on all items returned that are through no fault of our company. Returns that are eligible for a refund are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No shipping costs are refundable. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements. Once we receive the return in the above proscribed method, we will issue either the credit or exchange.

If the item was damaged during shipping to you, please contact us immediately via the above e-mail.

If the merchandise that needs to be exchanged is for a different size in the pet clothes, we ask that you not only pay to ship the incorrectly sized item to us, but include the correct amount for shipping the appropriately sized replacement item to you.

Personalized items are not refundable unless damaged in shipping. Please be sure of spelling, numbers, etc., before ordering personalized items. Items that are engraved are considered custom items and therefore are non-refundable.

Any item received broken, damaged or defective may be returned for immediate replacement. Please follow the directions given above for returning these items.

Once an item has been shipped, we cannot cancel that order.

Even with our best efforts, there are times when certain items can be out of stock or back ordered. In that event, we will notify you via e-mail.
